The Resolution Dental Plan is NOT INSURANCE, therefore all applicants are guaranteed acceptance. You can have added confidence knowing this is a licensed discount Plan. This is a licensed discount medical plan. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The Resolution Dental Plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for dental services. The Resolution Dental Plan does not make payments directly to the providers of dental services. You (member) will be required to pay for all health care or dental services, but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have a contract with The CDI Group, Inc. *Average Market Rate is based on the 60th percentile of the 2018 National Dental Advisory Service Comprehensive Fee Report, a nationwide dental marketplace analysis widely used in the dental industry as a reference. The Average Market Rate can vary by location.
